r b6c09b4fc6 Lazy load images on emoji page 
Makes the emoji page usable for instances with 1000+ emojis.
The attribute is considered experimental by Mozilla, but is supported
by most of the modern browsers.

r 79d4ff4b08 Update CSS 
Now it's mostly CSS 2.1 compliant. All the images now use the height
attribute to limit the size on browsers that don't support CSS.
